Carolyn Cooke

Carolyn graduated from Loretto Brunswick High School and then attended York University in Toronto. She taught for the Toronto Catholic School Board for 27 years and coached girls basketball and softball. Carolyn loved baseball and was one of the original Blue Jays season ticket holders.

Carolyn is predeceased by her parents Agnes and John Cooke. She is survived by brother John R. (Doreen N.) Cooke; niece Andrea (Kurt) Rathwell and great niece Kailey Rathwell.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to Dr. Shukkoor, Dr. Derman, Dr. Smith, Dr. Oviatt, Dr. Lafayette and Dr. Ireland for the wonderful care. A heartfelt thanks to all the people at St. Michael's Hospital namely Celeste, Kerry, Lorelia, Rochelle, Mandy, Maida, Lydia, Linda, Joel, Jason, Ruth, Bill, Jennifer, Chrissy, who all took such good care of Carolyn.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 2:00 P.M., on Friday, October 7, 2011 at ST. MARTHA'S ROMAN CAHOLIC CHURCH, 355 Columbia Blvd. W., Lethbridge, AB, with Father Fernando Genogaling, Celebrant.
