Dennis George Harris

Dennis passed away on October 1st of 2020 at St. Michael’s Palliative Care in Lethbridge, Alberta.  Dennis was born in Edmonton on March 20th of 1953, also the day of the spring equinox.  He loved that his birthday was on the 1st day of spring. 

Dennis leaves to mourn his wife Linda Hoydalo & stepson Stevin, his sister Cathy Chaffee (Ray) & niece Cayla of Calgary, many of his Harris family relatives, and his Backstreet buddies. 

If you knew Dennis you would know his favourite beverage was beer.  He loved drives in the country, the mountains, wild flowers, birds, bugs, geological formations, and anything to do with nature. 

After his cremation there will be a ceremony to spread his ashes in one of his favourite places in Lethbridge.  A date for this event is unknown at this time.  We can then congregate at Backstreet shortly after in his memory.
