Donna Petiot

Donna Petiot, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend, passed away peacefully on September 20, 2024, at the age of 79 in Lethbridge, Alberta. Donna was born on November 4, 1944.

Donna is survived by her husband David of 46 years, her son Cameron, her 5 grandchildren: Beau, Riley, Sydney, Shayla and Thomas, and her 5 great-grandchildren: Arrow, Lake, Johnny, Leah and Jack. She is also survived by her sister and brother in-law Diana and Bruce Walker, sister in-law Sheryl Petiot, many nephews and grand nephews and nieces, as well as her nephew Scott and his wife Celia Marshalsay. Donna was like a second mother to Scott.

Donna was predeceased by her mother and father Elsie and George Marshalsay, her mother and father-in-law Anna and Adolph Petiot, her sister and brother-in-law Dianne and Lorne Darlington, her daughter Kelly Martin, brother-in-law Jerry Petiot, nephew Jamie walker, and many aunts and uncles.

As we say goodbye to Donna, we remember a life well-lived with a legacy of love, and the countless memories that will continue to inspire and guide us. Donna's story does not end with her passing but lives on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished.

A Celebration of Life was held on October 6, 2024, at the Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden, Lethbridge, Alberta.
