John is survived by his father, sister, nephew and cousins.

A private family gathering will be held at a later date.

Many thanks to staff at Chinook Regional Hospital, at Good Samaritan Prairie Ridge in Raymond, at Sasha House in Lethbridge, and at Claresholm Care Centre who assisted John to live well.
