Katherine Ann Nagy

     It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Katherine Ann Nagy of Picture Butte, who passed away at the Sunny South Lodge with her daughters Pearl and Marline at her side on Sunday, June 19, 2022, at the age of 95 years.

            Mom’s passion was singing, playing bingo, and playing games with the family.

   Katherine will be dearly missed by her children Melvin (Lyla) Schmidt, Marline (Ken) Grayson, Pearl Blair, Vera Beausoleil, Christine (Delbert) Ritchey, Helen (Doug) Parenteau, Mike McCann, Debra Lewis, and her sister Helena Klassen. She will also be missed by her numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

     She is predeceased by her first husband Nicholas Schimdt (1987), her second husband William Nagy (1990), Mom and Dad Abraham & Katrina Fehr; her sister Agnes, 3 brothers and several extended family members.

     A Come and Go Reception will be held between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm on Sunday, July 3, 2022, at the family’s residence, 1611- 21A Street, Coaldale, Alberta. Everyone who would like to pay their respects and join the family are welcome.

Cremation has been entrusted to Evergreen Cremations Services.
