Kathleen "kat" Chalmers

KATHLEEN CHALMERS of Lethbridge, beloved daughter of Neil and Mary Chalmers, passed away suddenly in Lethbridge on April 3, 2014, at the age of 27 years.

Kathleen, born July 28, 1986, moved to Lethbridge in 2007 after completing her education in the Crowsnest Pass. She was a client of both the Southern Alberta Community Living Association and Peak Vocational Support Services where she established many strong bonds of friendship and support. She will be remembered for her strong will and indomitable spirit. She touched many souls in her short life.

Pre-deceased by her mother, Mary Chalmers in 1989, Kathleen is survived by her father Neil Chalmers, step mother Tammy Batt of Crowsnest Pass, sister Meghan (Justin) Chalmers Eggert of Crowsnest Pass, nieces Mary and Emma Chalmers Eggert of Crowsnest Pass as well as many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and their families.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday April 9, 2014 at Evergreen Funeral Home, 327-10 St South, Lethbridge.
