Mark Jones, of Lethbridge, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital, on Monday June 16, 2014 at the age of 51 years.

Mark will be sadly missed by his father and three brothers. He was predeceased by his mother.

Donations in Mark's memory may be made to the HIV Network.
