Peter Drummond McLea

Peter Drummond McLea of Lethbridge Alberta passed away Friday, April 10, 2020 after a hard-fought battle with cancer at the age of 64 years.

Peter was dearly loved father of Tanya Bucar and Joelene Bamford and grandfather to Kaydence Bucar, Sara Bamford, and Mikayla Bamford. Peter is also survived by his two brothers Rick Muir and Robbie Mclea. He was predeceased by his mother Dorothy (Dot) Wolstenholme.

Peter was born in Prince Rupert British Columbia, on December 1, 1955. He worked at Otis Elevator Inc. in Calgary for many years and was a long time and active member of IUEC Local union.

Peter enjoyed fishing and could always be counted on to tell a good story and make those around him smile.  

Peter will be sadly missed by many friends and his family.

Due to Covid-19 a celebration of Peter’s life will be announced at a later date.
