Louise, Charles and families....please accept my sincere condolences regarding the recent passing of your Father. He was a wonderful friend to me and helped me through many difficult days after passing of my husband Jim in 1999. I moved to London in 2004...I am currently visiting Lethbridge attending my son's wedding in the Crows Nest Pass and we were looking forward to seeing your Dad for a short visit this week......I just learned today of his passing.... he was a true friend....it was a privilege to have known him...the loss is truly mine

To Louise, Charles and all of Dan's wonderful family.
The memories of Dan will always remembered. Dan was a kind and compassionate friend. He always had time with everyone to converse, joke and be the kind of person all of us would like to be.The times I enjoyed with Dan can never be replaced. Drinking whiskey with Dan (once) even though seems like it was an on-going ritual are fond reminders of Dan. During that tea totiling, he spoke of his association with the tractor club, his past work life and his frequent entertainment ventures. I was tickled when I found a birthday cake with a John Deere tractor on it. Dan's eyes lit up when I gave him the cake.
I'll see you Dan when our maker calls me but please have some mix for the whiskey.

We offer our sincere & heartfelt condolence's to Dan's family for his passing. He was a big part of our lives for many years & we're really missing him but grateful we had him as long as we did. Goodbye ole friend.
